Hearts Of Gold Tilapia Preparation

In a saute pan melt 1/4 pounds of butter. Add artichoke hearts, garlic, lemon pepper and sun-dried tomatoes. saute for 3-5 minutes, then add heavy cream. Reduce by Half.

While sauce is reducing, heat a skillet to medium to hot. Sprinke lemon juice on both sides of the Tilapia, then brown the Tilapia fillets in the skillet (approximately 2 minutes on each side).

Toss the sauce and serve over fish, sprinkle with diced green onion. Serve with couscous and steamed veggies on the side (brocollie works great!).

Really good but also very rich, might be better with half and half. Altogether very satisfying!

Very tasty!! I tried to lessen the fat by using greek yogurt. Don't make that mistake - it curdled. I also used half the butter it calls for and I will probably use 2 tsp lemon pepper and half n half next time. Served with brown rice and a pepper and broccoli blend of veggies.

one of the best fish dishes i have ever made. of course with that much butter and cream (i used 1/2 and 1/2) it was bound to taste incredible.

wife unit also loved the dish and isn't so excited about having that much fat in a dish, but on the other hand it really isn't that obvious.

Absolutely delicious!

Made this with a side of broccoli and couscous, and the entire family loved it.

Thanks for the great recipe!

This is a great recipe. Broccoli was a good side! We thought the sauce might also go well with chicken.

This was so fabulous! The sauce with the fish (ohhhh my). You want to lick the plate clean. I made it with risotto and asparagus. This recipe also in big oven. Worked great together. I will definitely make this over and over. Thank you.

this recipe is out of this world. I omitted the sun dried tomatoes (b/c we just don't like them) and everyone LOVED it.

My husband loved this fish. I used non-fat half-n-half instead of cream and used plain black pepper instead of lemon pepper and it got 2 thumbs up.
