Seasonal and party favorites.
Cream butter sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix until the dough forms a ball in the bowl.
Allow to rest covered in saran while you prepare your rolling surface.
Roll dough to about 3/16" thickness and cut using flour dipped cookie cutter. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until the edges are just slightly golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool completely before icing.
Mix icing ingredients until smooth and creamy. Color as desired and decorate cookies. Allow to air dry until the cookies can be stacked.
