Outback Steakhouse Steak Seasoning
This steak seasoning recipe is easy and makes a delicious complement to your grilled or broiled steak. The seasoning is very tasty!"It's been a while since I''ve had a steak at an Outback so I can''t comment on how close the spice is to theirs but it sure added some good flavour to the steak I had tonight. Half the recipe is enough for two reaonable sized steaks. The company I have been buying my steak seasoning from just lost my business." - RKG1

Outback Steakhouse Steak Seasoning Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
To prepare steaks with this seasoning: Preheat a flat grill or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle some of the seasoning blend over both sides of each cut of beef.
Grill the steaks on each side to your desired level of doneness. Be sure to use tongs to sear all the edges of each steak to a rich brown color.
This recipe yields about 8 teaspoons of seasoning.
I recommend making serving and trying it out. If you like it, make a large batch and keep it in a container.
I updated this AGAIN to half the salt from 1 teaspoon to a 1/2 teaspoon as noted in some of the comments and added Ground Cumin to even out the flavor blend.
