| 3/4 cuppearl barley |
| 2 14.5 ounce cansBeef broth |
| 3 cupsWater |
| 3 eachcarrot; chopped |
| 2 eachOnion; chopped |
| 3 stalkscelery; chopped |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
| 1 1/2 cupsbutter beans |
| 1 1/2 cupsfresh mushroom; sliced |
| 2 teaspoonsgarlic; minced, for braising meat |
| 1 tablespoonGarlic; minced |
Core Beef, Mushroom, and Barley Soup 6 Points Preparation
Crock pot method: Spray pot with non-stick cooking oil. In sauce pan, spray with cooking spray and add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic; braise the top round just to coat. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour and set to low for 7 hours..
