2 cupsLowfat milk or milk subsitute
1 teaspoonLemon zest
1/2 teaspoonVanilla
2 Appricots (or other fruit)
1/3 cupNuts
2 tablespoonsAgave nectar (optional)

Whole Foods- Overnight Oatmeal Preparation

Combine oats, milk, lemon zest and vanilla in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir in pine nuts, apricots and agave nectar.
