"My family loved this. I was reluctant to use the HOT sausage since one of my kids is a spice wimp. But it was a must have part of the recipe and didn't make the dish too spicy at all.
I made some minor changes:
1. 3 T tomato paste instead of 1
2. 2-3 T Italian Seasoning instead of fresh basil (which I didn't have)
3. 2 C mozz cheese"

Yvonne29 1 year agoLoved this, didn't have the sausages as per menu so used ordinary pork sausages and added some chilli flakes. Also added a little low sodium soy sauce and some red wine vinegar. Beautiful.
