I made this dip for my husband and his buddy while they were watching football last weekend. He is obsessed with spinach artichoke dip and he said this was the best he has ever had :) I bought a loaf of Italian spice bread from the bakery at our grocery store, cut it in little cubes and toasted them with olive oil, salt and pepper and it was perfect for dipping! Great recipe!!
I'm on a roll today! After making the Loaded Baked Potato soup I whipped this up for a little get together tonight! This is amazing! Only thing I changed was using marinated artichoke hearts because that's what I had on hand. Bubbly and delicious! Now on to my next dish...;)
I made this for company last night & thought we would have leftovers for a week! We ate every last drop of it! It is the best recipe I have ever used for Spinach artichoke dip! I am sharing it on Facebook and with anyone I can. I did, however omit the pepper flakes since many don't like too much kick.
I love spinach artichoke dip and was really excited to try this simple recipe. It was easy to make & delicious (without any red pepper), but my one complaint would be that it was a bit too thick. Besides that, it was great!
I added cheese to this before baking! Was a total hit! I liked the amount of garlic, a few of my guests said it was a little to much, I think next time I'll use half the garlic! Other wise excellent!!!
