2 tablespoonsBrown sugar
1 teaspoonChili powder
1/2 teaspoonorange rind; grated
1/2 teaspoonGround cumin
1/2 teaspoonPaprika
1/4 teaspoonSalt
1/4 teaspoonGround coriander
1/8 teaspoonBlack pepper
4 6-ozsalmon fillets
Cooking spray

Sweet Orange Salmon Preparation

Preheat broiler.

Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture over both sides of salmon fillets. Place salmon on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
