1/2 cupRicotta Cheese, fat free
2 eachGreen onion
2 teaspoonsGarlic; minced
2 tsp.Dijon mustard
1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp.Salt
1 eachEgg white

The Perfect Turkey Foreman Burger Patty = 5 Points Preparation

Preheat Foreman. If using Grillerator, heat to 350.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl just until blended. Shape into equal patties. Spray the patties with non-stick spray and grill the burgers for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired doneness or internal temp of 165.
