| 2 tablespoonSoy sauce |
| 2 tablespoonHoisin sauce |
| 2 tablespoonDry sherry |
| 1 tablespoonBrown sugar |
| 1 tablespoonVegetable oil |
| 1 1/2 tablespoonHoney |
| 1/2 teaspoonGarlic powder |
| 1/2 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 2 poundsPork tenderloin or other meat |
Pork Tenderloin with Marinade Preparation
Mix together all ingredients. Pour over pork and marinate in refrigerator 6 - 8 hours (sometimes we do it overnight). remove from marinade and cook. Can be grilled, broiled, in rotisserie, etc.
Notes
Best in rotisserie.
