Empty bag of crackers into a ziploc bag.
Add oil and shake until well coated
Add Ranch mix and cajun spice then shake again until coated
Pour onto a cooking sheet
Bake at 250 for 20 minutes
I added some Cajun Spice mix to give them a bit more BITE.

Mr_D 3 years agoI have made these for years, but have never done so with cajun spice. I do always add dill, garlic powder, and lemon pepper.
Monique1978 3 years agoI make these all the time, but this was the first time I added Cajun seasoning. It was the perfect added kick! Yum!
