Hawaiian Pork Chops
Recipes » Main Dish » Meat - Steaks and Chops
This is a recipe that my mother used to make for company and it's become a favorite of my husband's as well.
"Delicious! I left the chops in the skillet and simmered in the sauce for about 20 minutes on low instead of baking. Turned out tender and sweet. Also used the pineapple in juice as opposed to syrup, still wonderful. Will definately make again. " - KatLiveYield: 4 Ready in 2 hours

Hawaiian Pork Chops Preparation
In a skillet, brown pork chops in butter over medium-high heat. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Cover. Bake at 325? for 1-1/2 hours or until meat is no longer pink. Serve over rice.
Slow Cooker Method. Place browned chops in bottom of slow cooker. Pour sauce over chops. Cover. Cook on high for approx 4 hours or until chops begin to fall apart. Serve over rice.
Notes
If you wish, you can skip the skillet browing and increase the cooking time in the oven or slow cooker. The chops will take slightly longer to cook, but it will save you time in the kitchen.
