A unique, but really tasty recipe for pork chops.
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chops and cook 10 mins. or until browned. Set chops aside. Pour off fat.
2. Add soup, apple juice, mustard, honey, and pepper. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 mins. or until chops are no longer pink.
