This is a Weight Watchers recipe for a low-fat, low-calorie cake. If you are dieting during your birthday, this is a good way to diet and enjoy some cake too. It makes a small cake, so you don't have to be tempted with lots of leftovers either.

Preheat oven to 350?. Spray 8" round cake pan with Pam. In large bowl, combine flour ONE THIRD cup sugar, THREE TBS cocoa, the baking powder and salt. Whisk in the milk, oil, vanilla, and ?c water till smooth. Transfer mixture to prepared pan. In small bowl, whisk together remaining sugar, remaining cocoa and the coffee, blending till sugar and cocoa are dissolved. Pour into pan. Bake 20 mins. Sprinkle cake with walnuts and bake 10 more mins, till firm and a toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean.
