Ingredients
| 1/2 poundChinese noodles; about as thick as spaghetti |
| 2 teaspoonsChili paste |
| 1/2 cupScallion; finely sliced |
| 1 tablespoonGinger; grated |
| 2 teaspoonsGarlic |
| 2 tablespoonsSesame oil |
| 3 tablespoonsTahini |
| 2 tablespoonsSoy sauce |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsSugar or splenda |
| Salt; to taste |
Chinese Cold, Spicy Noodles Preparation
Cook noodles in plenty of salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water till cool. Mix remaining ingredients together until well blended. Toss with noodles and season with salt. Chill until ready to serve.
