Make this several hours in advance.
Cut cukes into paper thin slices. Mix with 2 teaspoons salt. Let stand at room temp for an hour.
Drain cukes, pressing as much water out as possible. Than mix in everything else, along with another 1 tsp salt. Cover and refrgierate at least 3 hours.
