1/3 cupSugar
3 tablespoonsUnsweetened cocoa
dashSalt
1/2 cupHot water
3 cupsmilk

Hot Chocolate Preparation

In medium saucepan combine everything but milk. Simmer 2 minutes. Add milk, heat through. Before serving, beat until frothy. If desired, top with marshmallows or whipped cream.
