5) added big chuncks of potatoes and cooked thoroughly (replace noodles"

In 5-qt Dutch oven over medium-hi heat, cook onions in butter until lightly browned. Add meat, paprika, salt, broth. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 1/2- 2 hours, until meat is fork tender. Stir in sour cream. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve over noodles.

pilotcookie 2 years agoim hungarian and this is nothing like a real goulash. goulash is a soup, we dont eat it with noodles, we eat it with fresh bread. also hungarians would never use beef broth, we make EVERYTHING from scratch

LunchBox4659 3 years agoIt was very good but I cant leave well enough alone I doubled the receipt then I browned the meet first and added 1 more can of broth we like a lot of sauce no leftovers kids ate it up
