4 Chicken breast halves; cooked
1/3 cupDressing; Ranch
1 1/2 tablespoonDill; fresh, chopped
1 cupCashews
1 Avocado; peeled, pitted and diced
1 dashSalt
1 dashBlack pepper
12 slicesBacon; cooked and crumbled
6 Croissants
1/2 cupSwiss Cheese; grated

Avocado Ranch Chicken Salad Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, dressing, dill, cashews, avocado, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Spread chicken salad on split croissants. Optional: sprinkle with swiss cheese.

This mix has amazing flavor - coming from someone who does not love avocadoes! Sometimes I put the chicken salad in a tortilla wrap to cut down a little on the fat because this is definately not a low fat dish! [I posted this recipe.]
