Original recipe makes 6
1 9"unbaked pie shell
1 cupsugar
3 tbspcornstarch
3 Eggs
1/2 cupsweetened condensed milk
2 tbspbourbon
6 oz.semi-sweet chocolate; melted
4 tbspbutter; melted
1 1/2 cupspecans

CHOCOLATE BOURBON PECAN PIE Preparation

Mix together sugar and cornstarch in large bowl.

Add eggs,one at a time, mix.

Add sweetened condensed milk, bourbon,chocolate, and butter.

Mix well.

Pour into pie shell. Add the pecans in a circular design ontop of pie.

Bake for 45 minutes in 375°F oven. Serve withwhipped cream, if desired.
