| 1 9"unbaked pie shell |
| 1 cupsugar |
| 3 tbspcornstarch |
| 3 Eggs |
| 1/2 cupsweetened condensed milk |
| 2 tbspbourbon |
| 6 oz.semi-sweet chocolate; melted |
| 4 tbspbutter; melted |
| 1 1/2 cupspecans |
CHOCOLATE BOURBON PECAN PIE Preparation
Mix together sugar and cornstarch in large bowl.
Add eggs,one at a time, mix.
Add sweetened condensed milk, bourbon,chocolate, and butter.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell. Add the pecans in a circular design ontop of pie.
Bake for 45 minutes in 375°F oven. Serve withwhipped cream, if desired.
