8 leavesromaine lettuce; torn into bite sized pieces
1 cucumber; peeled, seeded, and sliced
1 tomato; chopped
1/2 cupred onion; sliced
1/2 cupreduced fat feta cheese; crumbled
2 TExtra Virgin Olive Oil
2 TFresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoondried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoonSalt

Greek Salad - South Beach Phase 1 Preparation

Combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, and cheese in a large bowl.

Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt in a small bowl. Pour over the lettuce mixture and toss until coated.
