We always had these on Christmas Eve when I was little--they bear no resemblaance to what most people call Swedish meatballs, but my mother is Swedish, she made these and called them "Swedish meatballs"...

Mom's Unusual "swedish" Christmas Meatballs Preparation

Mix crumbs, milk, meat, onion and salt and make small meatballs, ?" in diameter. Arrange on a foil-lined cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 15 mins or till browned. Mix the remaining ingredients. Put the meatballs in a serving dish, toss them well with the sauce, and serve.
