4 lbBoneless pork loin roast
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
2 tspGarlic
2 mediumOnions; sliced
2 Bay leaf
1 Clove
1/2 cWater
1 tbsSoy sauce

Pork Roast For Crockpot Preparation

Rub roast with salt and pepper and garlic. Put half of the onion in bottom of crock. Add pork roast, remaining onion, and other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hrs or high for 5-6 hours.
