sugar cookie with cinnamon
"These snickerdoodles were melt in your mouth good! They had crisp edges, chewy centers, were buttery and sugary (though not overly sweet), had a perfect balance of flavors, and were addictive enough to make me reach for a second. I personally prefer a slightly crisper cookie, so if you go with the high end of the baking time, you will get a crisper cookie, while the low end will get you a chewier one. Either way, these are great." - sgrishkaYield: 4 Ready in 1 hours
