Crock Pot Sirloin Chili

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Slow Cooker

This chili is not overly spicy but is a good hearty meal for cold winter nights. This recipe requires a large (6 quart) crock pot but can be modified for smaller portions. Serve with warm cornbread.

"This is a wonderful dish, I made it for friends before and even for co-workers and they all loved it. Be sure to use only the sirloin though, beef substitutes do not go well with these spices. Can come out bland if they are off or you use any ground beef." - kevpet84

Great recipe but all chili needs onions and why isn't it tagged as chili?

Didn't like the cornstarch. When I make it again, I will omit the cornstarch. Added jalepenos too add some kick. Delicious.
