Another awesome Paula Deen Recipe.
"Love this recipe! I serve it over rice. Only thing I do differently is I pound the chicken to half inch. Coat it in flour,salt,pepper. Sear it then bake it for 12 minutes @425. As it is baking info the onions and mushroom butter sauce."

Ingredients
| 4 tablespoonsButter; (1/2 stick) |
| 4 wholeChicken breast; boneless skinless, 4oz ea |
| 1 cupMushrooms; sliced |
| 2 tablespoonsShallot; minced |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
| 4 ounceMozzarella; grated |
Chicken Georgia Recipe Preparation
Melt butter over medium heat.
Add mushrooms and shallots and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add chicken and cook 10 minutes on each side, or until tender.
Transfer chicken to platter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Top with mushroom mixture. Cook and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Notes
I used the thinly sliced chicken breasts, flavers were excellent together.
