This is one of my favorite dishes from my childhood.

Original recipe makes 8
2 cansFlaked White Tuna
4 cupsEgg Noodles
1 canCream of Celery or Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cupMilk
1 cupWater
1/2 cupFrozen Peas
1/2 cupFrozen Corn
1/2 cupcarrots; sliced
1 bagRegular Ripple Chips
2 teaspoonsPaprika
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/2 teaspoonPepper
1/2 teaspoonCayenne Pepper; (optional)

Tuna Fish Casserole Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water 8-10 minutes until al dente.

Mix together soup, milk and water in a casserole dish. Add the egg noodles, peas, corn, carrots, and tuna and mix well.

Mix the salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and sprinkle evenly on the mixture.

Crush chips with your hands over the mixture and sprinkle evenly with paprika.

Bake for 1 hour and allow to cool before serving.

    Excellent flavor and provides vegetables as well. I doubled the amount of peas and corm, but left out the carrots.
