This is an excellent sauce for waffles, pancakes, french toast, ice cream....anything you like. Go wild.

| 1 tablespooncornstarch |
| 0.5 cupMaple Syrup |
| 0.5 cupWater |
| 2 cupsBlueberries; fresh or frozen |
| 1 tablespoonLemon juice |
| 0.125 teaspoonNutmeg |
Maple-Blueberry Sauce Preparation
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Gradually blend in maple syrup and water.
Cook, stirring, until thick and bubbly, about 1 minute. Stir in blueberries, lemon juice and nutmeg. Cool slightly.
Spoon onto pancakes, waffles, ice cream etc..
Top with Whipped cream, if desired.
Notes
Be sure to use 100% pure maple syrup.
