1 packageGerman Chocolate Cake Mix
1/2 cupButter; softened
1/2 cupSour cream
3 Eggs
1 cupWalnuts; chopped
2 cupsCoconut
1 14-oz canSweetened Condensed Milk
-- Chocolate Frosting --
2 1/2 cupsPowdered sugar
3 tablespoonsUnsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoonSalt
3 tablespoonButter
1/2 teaspoonVanilla
3 tablespoonmilk

Luscious Layer Bars Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour 15 x 10 x 1 pan (or two 9" square pans).

In large bowl mix the cake mix, 1/2 cup butter, sour cream, and eggs at low speed, then

two minutes at high. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes till done (the center will not be firm to the touch - but the edges will start to firm up).

In medium bowl, combine coconut and milk. Spoon and spread over base; spoon over the oustide in small globs and work towards the center.

Return to oven. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely, then frost with chocolate frosting.
