Preheat oven to 400?.
Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs.
Add melted butter, sugar and milk.
Slowly whisk in cornstarch.
Stir in corn and creamed corn.
Blend well and pour mixture into prepared dish.
Bake for 1 hour.
samdavis1 2 years agoThis was a great hit on my Sunday dinner.. Hubby even liked it.. Just 1 thing, don't stir 1/2 way thru, does'nt look as pretty.
