| 1/2 cupOnion; diced |
| 2 cloveGarlic; minced |
| 1 cupTomato sauce |
| 1/2 cupWater |
| 1 cupTomato; diced |
| 1 tablespoonYellow mustard |
| 2 tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt; optional |
| 1/2 teaspoonBlack Pepper; freshly ground |
| 6 eachWhole wheat hamburger buns |
Sloppy Joes Preparation
1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium high heat for approximately 5 minutes. Drain fat.
2. Add onions and cook for 3 minutes or until onions begin to turn clear. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
3. Add remaining ingredients except buns and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Serve on whole-wheat buns.
