Sloppy Joes

Sloppy Joes

Ready in 45 minutes

For a lower fat version, use ground turkey instead of beef.

"We really liked this recipe, my husband LOVED it. I used ground turkey and added some finely diced green pepper and next time I will cut back on the mustard a touch but other than that, it's a keeper. Thanks for posting! :)"

I followed KT's suggestion and made them with ground turkey. I also added a bit of shredded carrot to increase the fiber content. Served on wholegrain buns they were delicious AND healthy.
