A coffee/chocolate lovers' dream smoothie. Don't for get to read the notes at the bottom of the recipe for some quick tips on how to make this recipe a low-fat, low calorie one. For example: substitute milk for 1% milk; sugar for equal; regular ice cream for light ice cream.

| 1/2 cupFresh Coffee; room temperature (not hot) |
| 5 scoopsvanilla ice cream; (more or less depending) |
| 1/2 teaspooninstant cappuccino powder |
| 3 tablespoonssugar; (more or less depending on desired sweetness) |
| 1/2 cupmilk |
| 1 1/2 tablespoonschocolate syrup |
| 1/2 teaspoonhazelnut sauce; (optional) |
| 1 Topping |
| 1 canwhipped cream |
| 1 dashnutmeg and cinnamon |
Cafe Mochashake Preparation
Electric Mixer
Combine all ingregients in a mixing bowl.
Mix on low to medium speed until desired thickness is reached depending on how much ice cream and/or coffee was added
Hand Mixer
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Mix on medium speed until desired thickness is reached depending on how much ice cream and/or cofee was added
Blender
Combine all ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth
Serve in a large cup with a squirt of whipped cream
Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top
