Sweet Red Cabbage Coleslaw
Original recipe makes 8
| 1 1/2 tablespoonExtra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 3 tablespoonFresh Lemon Juice |
| Lemon Zest; of one lemon |
| 1 1/2 tablespoonBalsamic vinegar |
| 1/2 cupNatural rice vinegar |
| 1/2 teaspoon100% maple syrup |
| 3/4 teaspoonCeltic salt |
| 1/4 teaspoonCayenne pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoonBlack Pepper; freshly ground |
| 1 headRed cabbage; shredded |
| 1/4 cupFresh parsley |
| 4 tablespoonCilantro; chopped |
| 1/4 cupSweet onion; chopped |
Sweet Red Cabbage Coleslaw Preparation
Whisk together the olive oil, lemon uice, vinegars, maple syrup, pepper and cayenne in a large bowl. Add the cabbage, parsley, cilantro, and onion; stir. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
