Feijoada Brazilian Dinner

| 1 Orange; whole or halved |

| 2 stalkscelery; chopped |
| 1 Tomato; chopped |
| 473 2/11 millilitersBrown rice |
| 1 Onion; chopped |
| 3 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 29 4/7 mililitersolive oil |
| 29 4/7 mililitersButter |
| 2 Tomatoes; chopped |
| 236 13/22 mililitersLemon juice |
| 1 smallOnion |
| 2 clovesGarlic |
| 1 Tomato |
| 4 13/14 millilitersJalapeno peppers |
| 1 1/2 poundsGreens; trimmed |
| 1 cloveGarlic; minced |
| 1 Orange; peeled sliced |
| 6 tablespoonsSesame seeds; toasted |
Feijoada Brazilian Dinner Preparation
Beans
saute the one onion and garlic in a little oil, then add them to the beans, with stock, the bay leadf, and pepper. Add orange, salt celery, and tomato. Add to crookpot and cook untill the beans are tender. Remove orange and mash beans.
Rice
Saute small onion and garlic in olive oil and butter until golden. Add tomatoes, simmer a few minutes pour mixture in to rice maker with 4 cups of water
sauce
blend lemon juice, small onion, 2 gralic cloves, tomato, jalapeno
Greens
steam green with garlic and orange until greens are just wilted. sprinkle seeds on greens
