1 packageFrozen hashbrowns
6 cupsWater
1/3 cupOnion; chopped
1 12-oz canCream of celery soup
1 12-oz canCream of chicken soup
1 jarCheese whiz
1 containerSour cream
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/3 teaspoonPepper

Creamy Cheesy Potato Soup Preparation

In a large pot combine hashbrowns, water and onions. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and stir in soup and cheese

Cook and stir until cheese is melted.

Stir in sour cream,salt, and pepper.

Cook and stir until heated through. Do not let boil.
