Goes together very quick
In a large pot or soup pan saute peppers,onions, celery in butter until tender.
Add broth and stir.
Add Kielbasa and slaw mix. Stir
Add garlic powder and pepper. Stir
Simmer until slaw mix has melted down and all vegatable are tender .
About 20 minutes.
If red peppers are to pricey just use 2 green peppers.
