Low Sugar Eggnog Preparation
Whisk pudding mix into 2 cups milk. When blended, add remainder of ingredients. Stir or whisk until mixed thoroughly. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow it to thicken. Makes six 1-cup servings
Each (1 cup) serving (including rum) contains an estimated:
Cals: 208, FatCals: 26, TotFat: 3g
SatFat: 2g, PolyFat: 0g, MonoFat: 1g
Chol: 10mg, Na: 340mg, K: 515mg
TotCarbs: 18g, Fiber: 0g, Sugars: 0g
NetCarbs: 18g, Protein: 10g
Notes
While this stuff is delicious, you'll probably want to stick to one cup if you're watching carbs and cals. But it's MUCH better than the Whole-Fat, Sugar Filled version.
