1 salmon fillet
1 bunchdill; chopped, approximately 1 cup
2 tablespoonswhole seed dijon mustard
Olive oil; to moisten

Salmon with dill, whole seed mustard, and olive oil Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350

Place a salmon fillet skin-side down on a baking pan lined with aluminum foil.

Make a paste out of the dill, whole seed dijon, and olive oil and slather on top of the salmon fillet

Broil for 3 or 4 minutes to slightly char the dill

Bake at 350 for ~ 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon

With a fork, spread the salmon slightly to test for doneness. Continue baking if it isn't cooked to your preferred level of doneness

Remove the salmon with a spatula. The skin will stick to the foil.
