I've doubled the garlic and lemon juice, added smoked paprika and roasted ground cumin. Hummus Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and processes until smooth. Reserved liquid from the beans may added, a tablespoon at a time to desired consistency. Serve with pita bread and/or vegetable sticks.

For a smoother texture, reserved liquid from the beans may be added.
