Very good and easy. I thought it needed a little zip, so I added some tabasco. Next time I'll try some hot Chinese peppers.I marinated, used the Udon noodles and broccoli as other reviewers suggested.

Very very good. The sauce did not thicken as much as I wanted, but it was still delicious. My picky two year old loved it!

Very good. As recommended, I marinated the beef in chopped garlic and ginger for about 10 minutes. I also added broccoli. I served with udon noodles. Will definitely make it again.

Good and tasty quick meal. Flavour not quite strong enough for me and I thought using chicken stock in a beef dish odd so will use beef stock next time.

This dish is very good.... adds some flavor to a quick meal. Only gave it 4 star because the flavor wasnt that strong.... maybe marinade it for a short time before hand would do the job. Will try that next time.

I marinated the beef in garlic and ginger for a few hours before I made the dish. I also used beef broth instead of chicken. The dish was wonderful. My husband thought it tasted alot like his favorite dish at the vietnamese restaurant in our town. Very nice, simple and fast dinner.

This dish cooked up very fast and the flavor was wonderful.
There is additional broth so we put it on top of Coconut Rice.
