Busy Day Cabbage Rolls Preparation
Brown meat, onion, salt and pepper. Add rice and mix well. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Cut ?
head of cabbage finely and place in bottom of baking dish. Add meat mixture. Cut remaining
head of cabbage and layer over top of meat. Make sauce by combining tomato paste, tomato
soup, vinegar. Brown sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pour over layer of
cabbage. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ? hours.
