Barbecue-roasted Salmon
Recipes » Main Dish » Fish and Shellfish
I know the title says BBQ...BUT...this salmon is quick and easy to make using basic ingredients. The sauce is very rich and red in color (like a BBQ sauce), but has a bold lemon flavor. My eleven year old ate all his salmon and said "Mom! This is a keeper!"
"Not sure what I expected but it was very good. Since I only have "very hot" chili powder I used 3 instead of 4 tsps." - jmschaubYield: 4 Ready in 45 minutes
