breaded chicken breasts -fire roasted triscuits-zesty italian dressing
preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. pound chicken and trim excess fat --pour italian dressing into ziplock bag and add chicken for approx 30 minutes
2. spray baking pan with Pam
3. pour crushed triscuits into shallow bowl---
4. remove chicken carefully and lay in crushed crackers --turn over to coat both sides
5.place in pan
6. sprinkle with almonds if desired
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
[ or until juices run clear ] and chicken is done
