Sigumchi Namul (korean, Madhur Jaffrey) Preparation
Boil spinach in water for 2-3 minutes until it has wilted completely. Drain in a colander and run some cold water over it, to cool it enough so that you can squeeze all the water out of it. Put it in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Serve at room temp.
