This sauce is great with Chicken Wings or on BBQ
- In saucepan over medium heat, add butter and saute garlic until softened.
- Add remaining ingredients except Cayenne and bring to simmer.
- Add Cayenne to taste.
- Simmer for 15 minutes
- Add to either fried chicken wings or BBQ.
NOTE: This recipe also works very well for BBQ. I have used it many times on pulled pork after removing it from the smoker
NOTE: You can use other hot sauces such as Texas Pete or whatever.
NOTE: You can add more minced garlic for more garlic flavor.
