Original recipe makes 4
1 cupFrank's Red Hot Sauce
1/2 cupHoney
1/4 cupMolasses
1 tablespoonCayenne; to taste
4 tablespoonsButter
1 tablespoonOnion powder
1 tablespoonGarlic powder
1 tablespoonGarlic; minced
4 poundsChicken wings

Spicy Sweet Chicken Wing/bbq Sauce Preparation

- In saucepan over medium heat, add butter and saute garlic until softened.

- Add remaining ingredients except Cayenne and bring to simmer.

- Add Cayenne to taste.

- Simmer for 15 minutes

Notes

- Add to either fried chicken wings or BBQ.

NOTE: This recipe also works very well for BBQ. I have used it many times on pulled pork after removing it from the smoker

NOTE: You can use other hot sauces such as Texas Pete or whatever.

NOTE: You can add more minced garlic for more garlic flavor.

I didn't care for the taste that much, maybe the molasses. I didn't add any cayenne and it was still to hot for my wife. I wouldn't have minded more heat but there are two of us. I'll look for another I like better.
