No-soak Black Bean Soup Preparation
Spray the inside of your crockpot with a cooking spray. Add the onion and pepper. Using a garlic press, add crushed garlic cloves directly into the pot. Add rinsed black beans, water, broth, chiles, cumin, thyme, salt, pepper, and bay leaves. Cover and cook on high for at least 8 hours.
