1/2 cupOnions; chopped
14 ouncesketchup
1/4 cupWater
1/4 cuppickle relish
1 tablespoonSugar
1 tablespoonVinegar
1/4 teaspoonSalt
1 dashPepper
10 hotdogs
10 hotdog buns

Saucy Hotdogs Preparation

Heat shortening in skillet. Cook onion in shortening; add other ingredients except buns. Simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Serve in buns.
