| 1 poundGround beef |
| 1/4 cupOnion; chopped |
| 1 tablespoonGreen chili |
| 2 Tomato; diced |
| 1/2 cupBlack olives |
| Lettuce; chopped |
| 8 ounceCheddar cheese; shredded |
| 10 ounceDoritos |
| 8 ounceRussian dressing |
Taco Salad Preparation
Cook ground beef, salt and pepper to taste and cool. Combine ground beef, beans, onion, chilies, tomatoes and black olives. Put lettuce in large bowl and top with beef and bean mixture. Sprinkle on cheese and taco chips and pour dressing over all. Toss together.
