Mixed Grill Kabobs
Original recipe makes 12
| 3 cupsPineapple juice |
| 1 cupCider vinegar |
| 1 cupVegetable oil |
| 1/4 cupSugar |
| 1/4 cupSoy sauce |
| 1 tablespoonBrowning sauce; optional |
| 1/2 teaspoonGarlic powder |
| 1/4 teaspoonLemon pepper seasoning |
| 2 poundBeef tenderloin roast; cubed |
| 1 poundKielbasa; cubed |
| 3 Tomato; quartered |
| 3 Green pepper; quartered |
| 1 jarMushroom; whole |
| 5 Onion; quartered |
Mixed Grill Kabobs Preparation
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients. Add the meat and vegetables. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Alternately thread beef, sausage and vegetables onto metal or soaked wooden skewers. Grill, covered, over medium hot heat for 6-8 minutes. Turn kabobs; cook 6-8 minutes longer or until beef reaches desired doneness.
